We cover the area generally recognised as the Cotswolds and we operate from premises in the Cotswolds. Towns and villages covered include: Stow On the Wold, Broadway, Chipping Camden, Bourton-on-the-Water, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stratford upon Avon, Burford, Northleach, Chipping Norton , Long Compton, Woodstock and Charlbury.

We know that clearing a house can be, for you, a stressful and sometimes emotional time.  We will provide you a service which will make things as easy as possible for you.  We will do as much or as little as you like - we can clear the whole house contents, garages, sheds and cellars; we can give a quick sweep out or give the premises a proper clean; we can even organise to have the garden tidied - it really is up to you. You will probably have cleared out the items of value within the house but, if you would like an informed opinion as to the value of some choice furniture, paintings or books, we can help you there too.

You may wonder what will happen to what we take away - it will be sorted correctly to ensure that the right items are recycled where possible; some items may be sold at general auction in order to defray some of the cost.

We will discuss your needs with you; we will almost certainly need to visit to assess the work needed properly. Depending on what you need doing and what there is to clear, we may either make a charge or if we feel we can recover enough value from the items being cleared, there may be no charge.  Whatever we agree we will stick to so you will be able to relax certain in the knowledge that the clearance will happen as agreed in a decent, caring and professional manner.
